The Global COVID-19 Culture Assessment was undertaken by the Barrett Values Centre to support leaders and enable them to address the global challenges that lie ahead for their people and organisations.

The survey conducted shares the experiences of over 2 500 participants from around the globe. The hope is that these insights help to understand the extent / impact and how your people and organisation can move through this global transformation and prosper. 

Key findings

Seemingly overnight, the COVID-19 pandemic ushered in a formidable global disruption both in its magnitude and in its intimacy. Referred to as “The Great Pause,” it forced individuals, organisations, and even humanity at large to stop, look inward, and then shift how they operate in the world.
